• Dependency management: Eliminate broken links and unresolvable dependencies between content assets. Rename an image and have all your pages automatically update to the new location. Move a page to a different location and have all links correct themselves. Navigate through the dependency tree of your assets, to see how a change in one content element will affect other content.
• Link management: Maintain a repository of links which can be browsed and searched via metadata. Update the location and title of the link in one place, and have the change propagate throughout the site in realtime.
• Global variables: Maintain a vocabulary of global variables that can be easily incorporated into form or page content. A global variable could store a copyright notice, a contact telephone number, or any arbitrary text that is reused frequently. Changes to a global variable instantly propagate wherever they are used.
